These terms and conditions apply to the sale of goods and services to consumers on essnce.com
(the “website”), offered by Longlaq AB, Harstigen 16, 571 42 Nässjö, Sweden, corporate registration number 559248-3480 (“Longlaq,” “the company,” “we,” or “our”). These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties. No modification of these terms is valid unless it is in writing and signed by the parties involved. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order and keep a copy for future reference. By placing an order or accepting delivery of any of our products, you agree to these terms. Purchases on the website can be made by individuals over 18 years of age residing in the countries we deliver to.

2. ORDER, PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices on the website are stated in EUR and include VAT. Shipping fees may apply and will be displayed before checkout. An order is placed easily and securely on our website and becomes binding once the final step of payment is completed. Shortly after completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email, which serves as your receipt. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations.
Payments are handled securely through Shopify Payments. Depending on your country, you can pay using credit or debit cards and other available local payment methods at checkout.
3. DELIVERY
We deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, and Austria. We deliver using Postnord, Bring and DHL, and shipping carriers vary depending on destination. Shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your order. Our standard delivery time is 3–5 business days within Sweden and 3–7 business days for international orders. We will deliver your order without undue delays and no later than 30 days after purchase unless otherwise agreed. If a delivery delay occurs that significantly affects you as a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control unless otherwise required by mandatory law..
We are responsible for your order until you physically receive it. If you notice visible damage to the packaging or product at delivery, or if the order does not match your order confirmation, please notify us by email as soon as possible. In the case of incorrect delivery, we will send you the correct item or issue a refund, depending on what is agreed and feasible.
If an order is not collected from the pick-up point, it will be automatically returned to us. A fee of 15 EUR will be deducted from the refund for uncollected orders.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made on the website. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive your order or, for split deliveries, the final part of your order. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you can return the order within the withdrawal period or notify us in writing.
If you want to return a product, pleaset fill out our return form. We will send a QR code to your email, which you can use for the return shipment. A return shipping fee of 6 EUR will be deducted from your refund.
You are responsible for the product until we receive it. To receive a full refund, the returned products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging (for hygiene reasons). Products that are unsealed may be inspected only as they would be in a physical store. If you return a product that cannot be resold due to broken seals, we may apply a reduction in the refund amount, up to 100% of the product price.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be issued within 14 days from when we receive your withdrawal notice, provided that we have received the return or proof that the return has been sent.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change a product, you must return the original item and place a new order.
5. WARRANTY AND CLAIMS
When you shop with ESSNCE you have a 3-year warranty for claims on defective products. If you want to file a claim, please contact our customer service with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved claims may result in repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. Claims will not be approved if the issue has arisen due to misuse or improper handling. You must file a claim within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. Filing within two months of noticing the issue is always considered within a reasonable time.
For an approved claim, you may be required to return the defective item. In such cases, we will provide you with a return label to use for the return shipment, and we will cover the return shipping cost. Along with the label, we will also send you a return form, which we ask you to print, fill out, and include in the return package.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may update these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes apply to all orders placed after the updated terms are published.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises between you and us that cannot be resolved, it will be settled by the court determined by mandatory legislation. If you wish to file a case with the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), you can contact them at: Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, or visit www.arn.se. In the event of a dispute reviewed by ARN, we will follow the board’s recommendations. You can also submit your complaint via the EU’s online dispute resolution platform, which you can find here.
